Shipping & Returns
Unopened and unused items may be returned for up to 30 days for a full refund. If an item arrived damaged or incorrect as a result of our error, let us know and we will arrange to have replacement parts sent to you. To reach to our Customer Support team, create a Support Ticket.
If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account and view the order by navigating to the Purchase History link under Purchases in the Account Overview menu (accessed by hovering over your name in the top right corner). Clicking 'Request a Return' on the bottom right, under the order's summary, will take you to the return request form. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
You can also see a history of your requested returns and monitor their status from the Returns section of Account Overview (found just beneath the Purchase History link).
We offer reduced flat rate shipping for orders within the contiguous United States. Pricing is based on weight and is often priced below direct carrier rates. For all other orders, we offer several shipping options on checkout such as USPS First Class, Priority Mail and FedEx delivery options. PLEASE NOTE: upgraded shipping options only affect the carrier shipping speed, it does not affect our processing time.
Please note that we are not responsible for import tax on international orders and cannot change customs declarations or amounts.
