Keep your mystical infrastructure neatly in place with the Mystical Terrain Faction Board Overlays from the Broken Token compatible with Terra Mystica™ from Z-Man Games. These 5 identical acrylic overlays are designed to be compatible with every faction board with cut outs for the 8 dwellings, 4 trading houses, 1 stronghold and sanctuary, as well as the various markers. A cut out for the bowls of power and a cut out for using the ice ring and shapeshifter ring from the Fire and Ice expansion.

Store and organize Terra Mystica™ and Fire and Ice in the base game box with our Mystical Terrain Organizer (ORG051).

NOTE: Storing the overlays in the Mystical Terrain Organizer will increase the lid lift by the thickness of the overlays, 7.5 mm

Acrylic may arrive with protective paper backing on both sides and should be removed before assembly. Having trouble removing all the paper backing from the acrylic sheets? We recommend Simple Green to get any residual adhesive off.

Keeps your board organized

Like the other overlays, these make playing the game on smaller tables or with more people practical. Game pieces stay put despite bumps, nudges and adjustments. Not necessary for the game, but definitely add to quality of life while playing.

Solid quality, useful

These overlays a great. They align with the player mats well and keep all the pieces in place. Like other overlays, bumps easily slides them out of place. We purchased 1/4" magnets that we place at all 4 corners. These keeps everything aligned and level. I'd give the overlays a 5-star rating if the magnets (or some other locking device) were included.

For Us OCD Players

This really helps keep the game running smoothly and helps prevent some accidents. I like how the cut outs line up properly and it's easy to insert all the needed pieces. Highly recommend this product, especially as it in a way helps protect the top of the faction boards.

Why didn't I buy this sooner?

After one too many "woops" at the tables, where pieces go flying, I finally decided to get this overlay and man is it sweet. It's such a simple thing, but with all the teeny pieces it makes clumsy people less destructive during game play. Can't recommend enough!
