Fantasy Coins - Feudal Japan Gold

I really like these coins evoking the feudal era of Japan. I use them not for game play but for magic. A flat coin held in a spectators hand spontaneously bends in the middle. These coins are great for the story I tell around the magic. They are solid, have a good weight and a great feel in the hand. My volunteers have all commented on the impressive nature of these coins. One bit I particularly like is that the characters on the coin, when translated by Google translate, say "Fake thing", which i find wonderful and matches my use of them. Great stuff. Keep it up

Great currency to use in RPGs, although its a bit smaller than I expected.

I purchased these to use with my Tokaido Duo game as replacements for the cardboard money tokens. The quality is excellent, with a satisfying weight that gives them a realistic feel and enhances the overall game experience. They even make a pleasant clinking sound that adds to the ambiance. These are perfect for replacing the “Koban coin” tokens in the board game, “Iki.” It’s just too bad there are only 10 included in the set, instead of 12 (the game comes with 12 cardboard tokens).
