Paper Gaming Money - Presidents of the US

First time disappointed with a Broken Token product. The currency is not paper as stated in product title. It is heavy card stock like a playing card. I wanted to replace card stock money with paper money in Western Legends. Instead I'm just upsizing. Product description gives no indication of the material. Product looks great as usual, but not what I expected.
