A must-have for fans of Eldritch Horror!

My husband and I have so many games with multiple expansions that we had to start consolidating and throwing away the original boxes (so that we had room to actually play them). Eldritch Horror is one of our favorite games, and this crate looks AMAZING when it’s done. It keeps all the pieces, cards, boards, characters, etc. organized and sorted so we can play sooner and clean up faster. It’s a bit on the heavy side when full, but it’s definitely not a flimsy piece of cardboard! It was a bit challenging to put together, but is definitely doable with two people, some wood glue, a rubber mallet, and several hours’ time. I’d also recommend a piece of sand paper to get rid of the little burrs that can end up where the wooden pieces were held together for shipping. Also, learn from my fail: do NOT, for any reason, pop out all the pieces from their frames as soon as you sit down to assemble this! I love popping out all the game pieces when we get a new game, so I automatically did this as soon as I opened the box to “save time” (before my husband saw what I was doing). I ended up having to tape every single piece back into the frame with frog tape so we could tell which pieces were which. To Broken Token: you may want to put a big sign in the box (one that CAN’T be missed or set aside before getting to the individual sets) instead of just the warning in the instructions. Some of us don’t wait for instructions.

Looks and Works Great!

This was a great option for us once we got several expansions. It does require assembly - so be prepared - but we like the results. The one criticism is that there aren't enough dividers for the large cards. I would like the ability to purchase more as needed for the level of organization I am looking for.

Great product but some issues

I received the crate in a timely manner and it is pretty good quality. Looks just like what I’ve seen in videos, pictures and reviews. Some issues I ran into was a couple places the laser engraving was either very light with the lettering, or left burn marks on some of the pieces. I decided to stain everything, so that covered up the burn marks. Unfortunately the parts where the laser didn’t emphasize the letters enough I can’t really do anything about. The other problem that I ran into was one of the pieces which ends up being where you stack the spell, item and conditions cards was the wood was hollow in some places. So where the laser cut for the shelf cuts, when I removed the piece the wood broke because it was hollow. I don’t know how they could try to detect this in the future, but it just sucks that it broke and was hollow. Overall the crate was nice and I felt the directions were straight forward. It helped they have a YouTube video on how to put it together as well.

I had no issues putting it together and it works as intended. Great method for storing everything.

A game changer

Eldritch Horror is my favorite game and the set up is truly off-putting. The Artifact Crate takes the stress out of getting this game to the table.
I was on the fence about dropping $200 for a box, but I can honestly say that it was worth every penny.
