Impressive customer service response

I tried to edit or remove my other review on this item, but could not figure out how to, so here is an update. I had originally expressed concern about two main points - the pricing of the item in comparison to other organizers for similarly-sized games, and the quality of the instructions provided. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a response to my review addressing both points - a new stacking guide was provided that reflects how the organizer actually goes into the box, and the prices of the base and expansion organizers were both adjusted to a more reasonable level. I find it pretty impressive that my feedback was treated so seriously, so there you go. Also, the box looks pretty darn cool, is durable, and it sure beats having to keep the whole thing closed with a giant rubber band, so there you go.
